In the unlikely event that your book arrives damaged or you encounter an issue with your purchase, please review our Return and Replacement Policy below.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged book, we want to make things right. Our policy for damaged items is valid within 30 days of your receipt of the book based on the tracking information. We take your concerns seriously and are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
To initiate the replacement process for a damaged book, please follow these steps:
0. If you ordered your book through Buy with Prime (which will be the majority of the cases), you received a confirmation email from Buy with Prime. To initiate a return, go back to your Buy with Prime email and follow the steps found there.
1. Send an email to publisher@geniusbooksinc.com with the subject line "Damaged Book Replacement" within 30 days of receiving the book. In your email, describe the circumstances of the damage and attach a clear photograph of the damaged book as proof.
2. We will review your email and photograph and begin the replacement process immediately. Rest assured, our commitment to quality means that we do not sell defective or damaged books.
3. Depending on the circumstances, we may request the return of the damaged book. This will be communicated to you during the replacement process.
4. We will refund your purchase no later than 5 days from receipt of the returned book.
Returns:
For returns of books that are not damaged, our policy is also valid within 30 days of your receipt of the book based on the tracking information. If you wish to return a book, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to publisher@geniusbooksinc.com with the subject line "Book Return Request" within 30 days of receiving the book. In your email, provide details about your request and the reason for the return.
2. We require that the customer pays for the return shipping to Genius Book Publishing at the following address:

The package must have tracking, which the customer should provide to us via email at the time of shipment. Please note that media mail, the least expensive USPS shipping method, automatically includes tracking.
3. Once we receive the returned book in good condition, we will process your refund.
European Returns:
For returns originating in Europe, special exceptions can be made at our discretion. Please contact us at publisher@geniusbooksinc.com to discuss your specific situation.
